Report of a single-vehicle traffic accident on SH-108 near FM-1188. The driver is reported out of the vehicle but is bleeding. It is reported that a gaurdrail is involved. First responders are en route.

• Update 3:24 PM:The unit on the scene reports that the driver did hit his head, but there are other apparent injuries.
• Update 3:31 PM:The deputy on the scene reports that there is major damage to a guardrail. A wrecker will be called.
