• Update 10:36 AM:Unit 800 reports that the site has been shut down and has informed all incoming units not to spray water of any kind on this fire.
• Update 10:40 AM:Unit 800 reports that the site has been electrically secured. The contact on the site will explain to the fire fighters what they will need to do.
• Update 10:42 AM:Dublin and Harbin Fire has been canceled.
• Update 11:05 AM:This is reported to be an isolated arc event, and no hazardous material was released. All units have been canceled.
