Incident Report

Sadly, around 8:00 am this morning there was a fatal two-vehicle traffic accident in the 23000 block of US 377 between Stephenville and Bluff Dale. The initial report indicated that a subject was thrown from a vehicle. The unit arriving on the scene reported two vehicles with heavy damage. One patient needed to be extracted. Air Medical was placed on standby and later launched for this female patient. Med One transported one patient to the Stephenville ER. The Justice of the Peace and a rotational funeral home were called to the scene. The roadway was completely blocked, and traffic was diverted through FM 1188. Prayers
