Report of a possible grass fire between FM205 and US377. A caller advised that they could see a large fire. The exact location is not available. Erath and Bluff Dale Fire have been paged to the area to check it out. 12:37 am Units have located the fire and are having a hard time getting to it. This is close to Pal-Con about one half mile south of US 377. 12:43 am The fire is believed to be in the 4600 block of CR180. 12:57 am The unit on the scene reports that this looks like a controlled burn that became out of control. 1:14 am It sounds like this fire is now under control. 1:19 am The property owner has been contacted and states that there were not any control burns active on his property.
