Incident Report
Report of a one-vehicle rollover in the 800 block of CR 112. The report is that the vehicle went off a bridge into a creek. There is reported entrapment with injuries. First responders are en route.

- Update 4:08 PM:Air medical has been called for availability. SFD will be responding for mutual aid.
- Update 4:15 PM:Units on the scene report one vehicle in the creek upside down. They will be out investigating.
- Update 4:19 PM:The unit reports that they have to secure the truck that is leaning against a tree while the patient is in the vehicle. Air Medical will launch from Fort Worth with a 40-minute ETA and will land at Huckaby School.
- Update 4:21 PM:The unit on the scene reports that they have the door open to the vehicle and the patient is complaining of a broken arm and injuries to the head. The vehicle fell and estimated 10 to 15 feet.
- Update 4:40 PM:CareFlite has been confirmed to continue to the landing zone.
- Update 4:59 PM:CareFlite has been canceled in mid-flight.
- Update 5:05 PM:The medic on the scene reports that they will be transporting the patient shortly.
- Update 5:22 PM:Erath Medic 2 is transporting one patient to Stephenville ER non-emergent
