There is a report of an illegal controlled burn in the 400 block of CR468 near the Erath County line. De Leon Fire has been paged to the location. A Comnache County deputy is en route. A portion of this fire is reported to be in Erath County, which at this time is not under a burn ban. Let's see how this unfolds.

Update 7:09 PM:De Leon units 430 and 431 are on the scene.
Update 7:20 PM:DeLeon unit 431 reports that the property that the burn is on is in Erath County. All units are returning to the station.
