Incident Report
Palo Pinto County authorities attempted to stop a silver 2020 BMW four-door that had been reported stolen out of Georgia. The vehicle failed to stop, and a pursuit began. The vehicle turned onto SH108, heading south into Erath County. Palo Pinto County authorities were able to stop the vehicle near CR122. A Erath County deputy on the scene reported that the subject was taken into custody. of stop.
